Refund policy

1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. The delivery date is determined based on the tracking information provided by the carrier.
2. Return Conditions (Industrial Grade Equipment)
Due to the nature of Industrial Grade Equipment, returns for a change of mind are only accepted if the product is in its original, unopened condition with the security seal intact. Once the seal is broken or the equipment has been operated, returns or refunds are strictly prohibited due to equipment integrity and re-inspection requirements.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the event of shipping damage or hardware defects, you must report the issue to store@sodero.io within 48 hours of receipt, including photographic or video evidence. Upon verification of a defect caused by Sodero, we will provide a complimentary replacement. Refunds will only be processed if a replacement is unavailable or repair is not feasible.
4. Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for all round-trip international shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties and taxes.
- Defective/Incorrect Items: Sodero will cover all shipping costs if the defect or error is confirmed to be our responsibility following an internal inspection.
5. Software and Operational Issues
Issues arising from user error, environmental configuration, or software compatibility are not considered hardware defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 7 business days.
