- Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, international delivery generally takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the equipment and the destination. The final shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Recipient’s Responsibility: For international orders, all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Customs Delays: Sodero is not liable for any delays caused by local customs inspections or processing.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once the product is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us at store@sodero.io within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can assist with a carrier claim.
